Annie Katherine Stanley Jestice

1951-2016

Annie Katherine Jestice, 65, 0f Bolivar passed away suddenly on Wednesday December 21, 2016 at Bolivar General Hospital.   She was born on December 4, 1951 to the late Archie Mae Stanley and Ed Hendrix. She was the fifth of six children.

Her funeral service was held on Saturday December 24, 2016 at 10:00 am at Clover Chapel MB Church-Cloverport with Pastor George Beauregard in charge.  Burial was in the church cemetery and Dixie Funeral Home www.dixiefuneralhome.com was in charge of the professional service.

She attended Bolivar Industrial School.  She professed her life to Jesus Christ and joined Little Walnut Grove MB Church and later became a member of Clover Chapel.  She was employed with Harmon Automotive and Kilgore Flares. 

On December 23, 1972 she married George Allen Jestice and they raised two children.  She had a unique soul and enjoyed  spending time with family. 

Preceding her in death were her parents; two brothers, Robert Lee and Charlie Stanley and one sister, Ruby Mae.

She is survived by her husband; two sons, Ricky and Jimmy (Jackie) Stanley; one sister, Mary Beard; one brother, J.W. (Christine) Stanley; seven grandchildren and one great grandchild; and a host of relatives and friends that will truly miss her.
