Darlene Berry was born to the late Esau and Jane Berry on January 7, 1959 in Chicago, IL.
Her funeral service was held on Saturday November 25, 2017 at 1:00 pm at Front Street Church of Christ in Milan, TN with Minister James Adkission in charge with burial in the Gibson County Memory Garden Cemetery. Dixie Funeral Home www.dixiefuneralhome.com was in charge of the professional service.
Darlene attended Chicago Public Schools. She confess a hope in Christ at an early age ad joined House of Prayer Church in Chicago, IL.
Darlene was a very lovable, talkative, and outgoing person. She was one kind mom and a dear friend who greeted everyone with a warm smile and a hearty laugh. She loved to spend time with family and she loved Karaoke.
Darlene was employed at ARA Mark for over 27 years. After moving to Tennessee, she attended Rivers of Life Int’l Ministries and later joined under the leadership of Bishop Manuel Donis.
Darlene leaves to cherish her memories: her one and only loving son; Korval (Joyce) Berry: four brothers; Dickey Berry of Chicago, Il, Warren (Jacqueline) Berry of Georgia, Timothy Berry of Chicago, IL., and her twin, Darnell Berry of Georgia: one sister; Babba (Eugene) Stigger of Georgia: three granddaughters; Arrione, Chelsey and Madison: one nephew; Verdell: Two nieces; Tanisha and Shellie: one sister not by blood but by love; Millie Hall of Bolivar, TN.: one special friend; Larry Cook of Chicago, IL and a host of cousins and friends. Darlene was very special to her family and she will be greatly missed by all.
