Mr. Ricky McNeal was born on July 6, 1991 to Ricky Hill and Clara McNeal in Jackson Tn.

His funeral service was held on Saturday September 24, 2016 at 1:00 pm at Campbell Chapel MB Church in Bolivar, TN with Pastor George Beauregard delivering the eulogy.  Burial was in the Crisp Cemetery-Bolivar and Dixie Funeral Home www.dixiefuneralhome.com was in charge of the professional service.
Ricky was raised in Bolivar TN and graduated from Bolivar Central High School in 2009. He loved dancing and listening to music. He never met a stranger and was full of energy.
Ricky was preceded in death by his grand dads; Robert Hill and James Spinks.
His memories shall be lovingly cherished by: His loving devoted mother; Clara McNeal: loving devoted father; Ricky (Debra)Hill: two brothers; Nickolhas McNeal of Bolivar, TN. and Ricky (Tiffany) Hill Jr. of Warrenton MO: one sister; Lanette McNeal of Bolivar, TN: two grandmothers; Louise Hill and Lillie B. McNeal: four nieces; Stephanie Hill, Desirae Hill, Traviona McNeal and Tatyanna Morrow: God Dad; Elmo McNeal: God Mother; Nancy Geanes: three special friends; Meokia Futrell, Brittney Bowden and Shakendra Cleaves: one special cousin; Sherry McNeal and a host of aunts, uncles, cousin and friends.
