Tiffany Yvonne Wiley was born on March 18, 1971 in Bolivar, Tennessee. She is the daughter of Elizabeth Ray Bufford and James Thomas Gibbs. Tiffany was raised by her grand-parents, Rayfield Wiley, Sr. and the late Ida Mozetta Wiley. 

Her funeral service was held on Sunday May 22, 2016 at 2:00 pm at the Union Hill MB Church in Whiteville, TN with Rev. Mary Edwards in charge.  Burial was in the Traveler's Rest Baptist Church Cemetery in Laconia, TN and Dixie Funeral Home www.dixiefuneralhome.com was in charge of the professional service.

Tiffany had a genuine heart of gold. For those she loved, she would give her very last. Tiffany had a strong relationship with the Lord, and she fought the good fight until the Lord sent His angels to escort her home to Heaven on May 14, 2016. Tiffany had experienced a lengthy illness, but she was strong, and her faith in the Lord helped her to persevere.  

Tiffany's life was filled with many accomplishments. She graduated from Bolivar Central High School, Bolivar, TN in 1989. She also attended Tennessee State University in Nashville, TN for 1 1/2 years. One of her favorite past times was playing basketball in elementary and high school. Her jersey number was "21". Her nickname was "T-Hard". Tiffany earned her nickname from being "hard" on the basketball court. Tiffany worked throughout her life, with her last job being a supervisor at ResCare, Inc. in Bolivar, Tennessee.

Her most valuable accomplishments were her two daughters, Kendra and Kerrion, and her loving grand-daughter, Kacee, who adoringly called Tiffany "Nana". Tiffany was preceded in death by her grandmother/mother, Ida Mozetta Wiley, her aunt Shirley Evon Wiley, and her step-father, Carl Bufford. 

Tiffany's memory will last forever in the hearts of those she lovingly left behind: her two daughters, Kendra Lapri' Wiley and Kerrion Janae' Jones, her grand-daughter, Kacee London Sain, all of Whiteville, TN; her parents, Elizabeth Ray Bufford and James Thomas Gibbs, both of Whiteville, TN; a grandfather/father, Rayphield Wiley, Sr., and grandmother, Bettie Belle Wilkes both of Whiteville, TN; seven brothers, Brian "Jay" (Miranda) Wiley, Kenji Bufford both of Whiteville, TN, Carlos (Shay) Bufford of Jackson, TN, Ensign Brandon Boyd of Jacksonville, North Carolina, Carl (Rebecca) Bufford of St.Louis, Missouri, Adrian Gibbs and Victor Gibbs, both of Milwaukee, WI; two sisters: Melissa Gibbs of Milwaukee, WI and Ada Murphy of Whiteville, TN; five special aunts: Essie (Jerry) Crisp of St. Louis, Missouri, Marilyn (Jimmy) McKinnie and Dinah Prewitt of Whiteville, Patricia (Lafayette) Nelson, of Ellisville, Mississippi, and Ineat (Rev. Lyndon) McKinney, of Maple Valley, Washington; two special uncles: Rayphield (Samantha) Wiley, Jr. and Robert (Patricia) Wiley, both of Jackson, TN; one great uncle, Collis Wiley, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; one special cousin, Master Chief Steve (Sandra) Saint Anthony Crisp; several nieces, nephews, and multitudes of uncles and aunts, cousins and friends, and one very close friend, Debra Faye Norment of Whiteville, TN.
