Annie Louise (Crews) Jones

Annie Louise Crews Jones was born August 9, 1944 to the late Esther Mae Crews.
Her funeral service was held on Saturday February 16, 2019 at Greater Springfield MB Church at 1:00 pm with Pastor Robert Parham in charge of the service. Burial was in the Bolivar Community Cemetery and Dixie Funeral Home www.dixiefuneralhome.com was in charge of the professional service
She was received her education at Bolivar Industrial and graduated in 1963.
Annie was affectionately called “Morn” by everyone who loved her. She professed Christ at an early age and joined Hoods Church now known as Gods House of Promise. She later joined Greater Springfield Baptist Church. She served as a loyal member of the choir and women ministry. She remained a faithful member until her death. She worked many jobs to provide, however, she retired from Harmen Automotive as general labor.
On Monday, February 11, 2019, God called her home. She was preceded in death by many family and friends. A special aunt, Bethosia Crews; uncle, Varnell Jarman; only brother, Lawrence Crews; friend, Susan Coby.
Annie leaves behind three daughters; Terry (Troy) Wilkes, Yolanda (Kenny) Wilkes, and Delanda (Tommy) Beard; two sons, Marcus (Sonya) Crews, and Chris Jones; eleven grandchildren, Shakisha (Jay) Lawrence, Kenneth Wilkes, Jr., Vannessia Wilkes, Brittni Wilkes, Cortney Crews, Troymeca Wilkes, Marc Wilkes, Corey Crews, Tanesha Crews, Tayjah Beard, and Zykia Robertson; six great grandchildren, Katelyn Hubbard, Rodriquez McNeal Jr., Nehemiah Williamson, Zion Wilkes, Josiah Lawrence, and Jay Lawrence; two special friends, Dale Scates and Oretha Wynn and a host of friends and family that truly loved her.
