Michael Todd Burton of Tacoma, Washington and formerly Henderson, TN passed away on Wednesday April 17, 2024. He was born on October 29, 1964 to Geneva Cawthon and the late William W. Burton.
His visitation service is scheduled for Thursday May 2, 2024 from 12:00 noon until 6:00 pm at Dixie Funeral Home.
He attended the Chester County public schools where he played high school basketball and drums in the band.
For several years his occupation was a welder with his friend, Nathan Wright and with the Chester County Utility Department. He later worked as a truck driver.
He relocated to Dallas, TX and later to Tacoma, WA.
He was preceded in death by his father and grandparents.
He leaves to cherish his memory his mother and daughter, Jasmine (April) Burton; two brothers, William (Matlita) and Perry Burton; three sisters, Tracie, Sholanda and Takiyah Burton; two grandchildren and many other relatives and friends that will truly miss him.
