Donald Franklin (Donnie) Turner, age 62, passed away in Bolivar on Saturday May 12, 2018 after a long illness.  He was born on March 10, 1956.  He was born on March 10, 1956 to the late Willie D and Bernice Turner. 

His memorial service was held on Saturday May 19, 2018 at 12:00 noon at the Jerome Boyd Chapel at Dixie Funeral Home with Minister Darlinea White in charge. 

He was educated in the Hardeman County public schools and was employed at Western Mental Health before his health failed.  He was a member of New Hope MBC-Hickory Valley. 

 He leaves to cherish one son, Edward Randolph; five sisters, Toreatha Miller, Brenda Turner, Stella Turner, Osie (James) Polk and Martha Hayes; four brothers, Michael, Maderick (Kandra), Linnard (Carolyn) and Curtis (Carol) Turner; six grandchildren, one aunt, Lou Willie Gills; and a host of other relatives and friends that will truly miss him.
