EDNA HUSSEY

July 18, 1942 ~ November 18, 2017 (age 75)

Ms. Edna Hussey was born on July 18, 1942 to the late Mr. Felix and Mrs. Opa (Turner) Hussey in Benton, County, Mississippi. She departed this life Saturday, November 18, 2017 at Laurelwood Healthcare Rehabilitation Center in Jackson, Tn. 

Her funeral service was held on Saturday November 25, 2017 at 11:00 pm at Jerome Boyd Chapel @ Dixie Funeral Home-Bolivar, TN  with Pastor Alge Terry in charge with burial in the St. Paul Skipper Springs Church Cemetery- Grand Junction, Tn.  Dixie Funeral Home www.dixiefuneralhome.com was in charge of the professional service. 

Edna was the seventh of ten siblings, five of which preceded her in death; Jenus Hussey, Elmo Hussey, Deller James, Willie Hussey, and Ella B. Hussey. 

She received her formal education at Bolivar Industrial High School. 

She leaves a legacy of memories to be cherished by two sisters: Ms. Annie Hussey of Memphis, Tn, Mrs Etta G. (Willie James) Nathan of Grand Junction, Tn, two brothers: Mr. Henry (Willie Mae) Hussey of Grand Junction, Tn and Mr. Pedro (Arnetia) Hussey of Bolivar, Tn, two sisters-in-law: Ms Juanita Hussey of Union City, Tn and Mrs. Johnnie Pearl Hussey of Grand Junction, Tn, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
