On Wednesday, September 19, 2018 Esther Bell Cheairs departed this earthly life and was called to her heavenly home. 

Esther Bell Cheairs was born May 3, 1927 to the late Alex and Alice Tomlinson.

Her funeral service was held on Saturday September 22, 2018 at 12:00 noon at St. Paul Skipper Springs MB Church with Pastor Alge Terry in charge.  Burial was in the church cemetery and Dixie Funeral Home www.dixiefuneralhome.com was in charge of the professional service. 

She acknowledged Christ as her personal Savior at an early age at Hunts Chapel MB Church and later she joined St. Paul Skipper Springs MB Church where she remained until death. 

On January 4, 1947, she married the love of her life L.B. Cheairs.

She was preceded in death by her husband L. B. Cheairs, two children: Margaret Golden and Early (Lee) Cheairs, one granddaughter, Rulunda Yancy, one special nephew, Sylvester Tomlinson. 

She leaves to cherish her memories two daughters: Rosa B. Cheairs of Memphis, Tn and Linda (Frank) Bryant of Grand Junction, Tn; one son: Leonard B. Cheairs of Wynn, AR; one sister: Nellise Scott of Nashville, Tn; four sister-in-laws: Aggie Lewis, Estell Cheairs of Grand Junction, Tn, Lula Jenkins and Lila Buntyn of Bolivar, Tn, seventeen grandchildren, forty great grand children and seven great great grand children, a special nephew, Thomas (Martha) Tomlinson, a special friend/cousin, Victoria Crum and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
