Herman Lydell Bowers, 64, of Bolivar died on Tuesday May 14, 2019 at Pine Meadows Health Care. He was born on February 15, 1955 in Buffalo, New York to Herman Bowers and Edna Blaylock. He lived most of his life in Buffalo until he relocated to Tennessee.
He leaves to cherish his memory one son, Chad Niles and many other friends and relatives that will miss him.
