LAURA (MCKINNIE) BOYLE

Laura McKinnie Boyle was born to the late Boss and Hattie Jones McKinnie in Hickory Valley, TN.

Her funeral service was held on Saturday January 20, 2018 at 11:00 am at Home Baptist Church in Jackson, Tn with Pastor Willie Ray Boyle in charge.  Burial was in the Bethlehem MB Church Cemetery and Dixie Funeral Home www.dixiefuneralhome.com was in charge of the professional service.

She entered into her eternal rest on January 12, 2018 at Jackson Madison General Hospital, Jackson, TN. She confessed her faith in Christ at an early age and united with New Hope Missionary Baptist Church, Hickory Valley, TN. She later united with Home Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of her son Pastor Willie Ray Boyle. There, she remained faithfully until her health failed. Laura loved the Lord, reading her Bible, and sharing God’s Word with her family, friends and strangers. Laura attend public school in Hickory Valley, TN. Laura married Isaiah Boyle and to this union ten children were born. Two precedes in death. She nurtured, taught and train her children the value of diligent work, honesty, loving God and loving one another (that was a must). She worked hard for the well-being of her children.

Laura has ten siblings who preceded her in death: Elisha McKinnie, Amy Lockett, Linnie Gurley, Albert McKinnie, Dorthula Jones, Sallie Mae Boyle, Percy McKinnie, Bessie Bee Shaw, Rosie Lee McKinnie, and Georgia Lou Morrow.

Those she leaves to celebrate and cherish her loving memories are her children: L T (Jessie) Boyle, Charlie (Tina), Lee (Cassandra) Boyle, Willie Ray (Carolyn) Boyle, Vera (Jerome) Lockridge, and Lorice Shaw all of Bolivar, TN, Irene (Charles) Beauregard of Nolensville, TN and Billy (Jessie L.) Boyle of Dickson, TN. Two sisters: Dorothy Mae (Albert) Williams of Jackson, TN and Nellie Newsom of Milwaukee, WI. Twenty-nine grandchildren; forty-six great-grandchildren and four great, great-grandchildren. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbors and friends. Also, a special friend Peggy Bufford.
