Lee Bertha Turner was born December 27, 1933 to the late Will and Fannie Turner in Hardeman County, TN. Lee Bertha departed this earthly life Monday, October 28, 2019 at Jackson Madison County General Hospital. 

Her funeral service was held on Saturday November 2, 2019 at 2:30 pm at the Jerome Boyd Chapel with Pastor Arthur Becton charge.  Dixie Funeral Home (www.dixiefuneralhome.com) was in charge of the professional service.

Bertha confessed a hope in Christ at an early age at Hillfield  MB Church. Later, she joined Bethlehem MB Church, where she remained a faithful member, until she became ill.

She attended Hardeman County Public Schools and was employed with Bubba's Cafe and Care Inn Nursing Home in Bolivar, Tn. In her later years, she became a dependable care taker for her community. 

Bertha was preceded in death by 10 siblings and a son, Jeffery Turner. 

She leaves to cherish her memories: 3 sons, Felton Turner, of Dayton, OH, Glen (Dora) Turner of Marion, OH, and Rayford Turner of Bolivar, TN, 1 grandson, Jeremiah Allen of Hickory Valley, TN, 1 step granddaughter, Angel Trent of Marion, OH and a host of nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
