LEON "LEO" BLAYLOCK

JANUARY 9, 1942 ~ SEPTEMBER 21, 2018 (AGE 76)

Leon "Leo" Blaylock passed away suddenly on Friday September 21, 2018.  He was born on January 9, 1943 in Hardeman County to the late Stanley Blaylock and Rosie Lee Goble Blaylock. 

His memorial service was held on Saturday October 6, 2018 at 11:00 am at Green Grove MBC with Reverend Dennis Blaylock delivering the Words of Comfort.  Burial was in the church cemetery and Dixie Funeral Home was in charge of the professional service.

Leon accepted Jesus Christ at a young age and joined Green Grove MBC.  Upon adulthood he relocated to New York and later to Colorado and later returned to Bolivar.

He is preceded in death by his parents; one sister, Corrine Blaylock; four brothers, Stant, Luzon,Clifton and James Edward Blaylock.

He leaves to cherish his memory one son, Ricky Griggs; three sisters, Cleo Jones, Catherine Richardson and Velma Coleman; one brother, Jesse James

Blaylock; many other relatives and friends that will truly miss him.
