Melvin Robinson was born January 10, 1954 in Liberty Mississippi to fab and Bessie Robinson. He accepted Christ and was baptized at an early age.

Melvin was born into a loving family that included Six Sisters and four brothers he was educated through the county of amite school system. In addition to his formal education, he also learned the trade & skills to become a bricklaying entreprenuer laying bricks. Melvin was an expert who distinguished himself in the industry by mastering the difficult art of laying Stone's.

On April 23, 2014 Melvin married Tasha Bishop and in April of 2017 they moved to Bolivar Tennessee. Although he relocated, his love and connection to his family remain strong as he frequently visit them in Mississippi and Chicago.

Melvin was a devoted husband who totally cared for his wife. He was also was an amazing father. His children were the loves of his life. He enjoyed a good joke with laughter with his children and friends and if anyone knew Melvin you know he was the life of any party. there was never a dull moment with him and he was loved by everyone.

Melvin was proceed in death his father Fab his daughter Adrian his two sisters Barbra and Lillian Marie.

On Sunday August 5th 2018 God called Melvin home to come rest with him, for the journey on this side was completed. He leaves to cherish his memory his Mother: Bessie Robinson two daughters: Melody Carter(Terrance) and Jayla Robinson Three Sons: Marvell Robinson, Rob(stixs) Wilson(Tameka)& Brandon Robinson. Four Sisters: Aurtha mease williams(vernell) Betty tobias (leon) Reola Bennett & Annette Jenkins (Jessie). Four Brothers: Lanis Robinson, Mitchell Robinson, Alvin Robinson, & Ronnie Robinson.

11 grandchildren. Five children he helped raise as his own Jasmine, Rashawn, Dana, Javonte, and Jamel. Melvin has a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and Friends.
