DECEMBER 30, 1963 ~ JUNE 15, 2019 (AGE 55)

Nina (Wankie) Harris of Bolivar passed away on Saturday June 15, 2019 at Bolivar General Hospital.  She was born on December 30, 1963 in Hardeman County to Frankie Mae and the late Reverend William Dewey Harris.  

Her funeral service was held on Saturday June 22, 2019 at 1:00 pm at St. Paul-Skipper Springs MB Church-Grand Junction with Pastor Terry in charge.  Burial was in the church cemetery and Dixie Funeral Home (www.dixiefuneralhome.com) was in charge of the professional service.

She accepted Jesus Christ at a young age and joined St. Paul-Skipper Springs MB Church.  

She was a hard worker, a great mother and grandmother and a pure heart.

She was preceded in death by her father.

She leaves to cherish her memory her mother; four children, Latasha (Jairus) Terry, Marquitus McAfee, Tesha Harris and Devonta Harris; four brothers, Joe, Nathaniel, Dewey and William, Jr. Harris; five sisters, Martha Harris, Annie (Jeffery) Davis, Debbie (Coreal) Bradley, Annie Lee Harris and Cora Lee Long; seven grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends that will truly miss her.
