Annie Bob Wilkes passed away in Bolivar on Tuesday September 21, 2021.  She was born on October 2, 1950 in Hornsby to the late Lorenzo Brown and Maggie Spears.  

Her graveside service was held on Saturday September 25, 2021 at 4:00 pm at Bethlehem Church Cemetery with Minister Elliot Wilkes in charge. Dixie Funeral Home (www.dixiefuneralhome.com) was in charge of the professional service.  

She was educated in the Hardeman County pubic schools.  

She professed a hope in Jesus Christ at a young age and joined Little Walnut MB Church and later united with Bethlehem MB Church where her membership remained.  

She was employed as a dietitian for many years at Pleasant View Nursing Home.  

On December 20, 1987 she married Rapheal Wilkes.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one sister, Lucille Brown and one brother, Robert Brown, Jr. 

She leaves to cherish her memory her husband; two children, Tracy Brown and Brian Cheairs; one brother, C.L. Brown; two grandchildren and seven great grandchildren; many other relatives and friends that will truly miss her.
