Arbra Joe Haddix was born January 12, 1963 to the Arbra D. Haddix and Joeann (Wyatt) Haddix in Hickory Valley, TN.
His private service was held on Saturday July 12, 2020 at 12:00 pm at Jerome Boyd Chapel @ Dixie FH with Pastor Charlie Boyle in charge. Burial was in the Mt. Salem MB Church Cemetery in Hickory Valley, Tn and Dixie Funeral Home (www.dixiefuneralhome.com) was in charge of the professional service.
Arbra Joe graduated from Middleton High School in 1981.
Arbra Joe confessed Christ at an early age and spent a lot of his early adult years traveling with Dr. Andrew Cheairs and The Gospel Songbirds. Arbra Joe later joined Mt. Salem MB Church in Hicokry Valley, TN under the leadership of Pastor Melvin Bufford. Arbra Joe was a faithful member and served as a guitarist.
Arbra Joe also served as guitarist at Old Bethel MB Church in Middleburg under the leadership of Pastor Charlie Boyle. Arbra Joe loved music and was the guitarist for groups such as The Faithfulaires and The Goldenaires.
Arbra Joe was united in Holy Matrimony to the late Murlean McKinnie. Two beautiful children (Marcus & Jamillya) were born to this union.
Arbra Joe leaves to cherish his memories: his loving mother; Joeann Haddix of Bolivar, TN: four children; Chequita Sain of Memphis, TN., Marcus Haddix of Toone, TN., Terrance Hall of Jackson, TN., and Jamillya Haddix of Bolivar, TN.: twelve grandchildren; Jordan, Mikayla, Marcus, Jr., JaMya, Brandon, Ta’Carion, JaQuavion, La’Zariya, Ja”Kevin, Kevin, Trinity, and Nehemiahya: seven siblings; Irene (Johnnie) Spight, Geraldine Spight, James Haddix, Lula (Every Lee) Harris, Clay Haddix, John (Brenda) Haddix, and Oller Ray Haddix: special niece and nephew; Evelyn “Niecy” and Kevin Spight and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
