Ayana Keoshea Borner was a beloved daughter, granddaughter, sister, aunt, niece, god mother and friend. Ayana Keoshea Borner, 28, of Bolivar, Tennessee, passed away on Friday, January 22, 2021. She was born on December 27, 1992 in Jackson, Tennessee, the daughter of the late Rickey B. Borner Sr. and Sharon Woods-Wilkes.
Her funeral service was held on Saturday January 30, 2021 at 11:00 am at Mt. Olive MBC-Middleton with Reverend James Williams in charge. Burial was in the church cemetery and Dixie Funeral Home www.dixiefuneralhome.com was in charge of the professional service.
Ayana was a loving and compassionate person who loved to be silly. She had the most beautiful smile that could light up your soul. Ayana loved spending time with family and friends, especially her nieces, nephews, and god son, making tik tok videos, shopping, listening to music, playing video games, singing, going out to eat, vacationing, and driving her mustang.
Ayana professed hope in Christ at an early age and united with the Mount Olive Missionary Baptist Church. Ayana graduated from Bolivar Central High School in May of 2011. She attended the University of Memphis. She was a processing clerk at AGW in Southaven, MS.
Ayana is preceded in death by her father Rickey B. Borner Sr., grandparents Charles and Darcus Morrow, Clarence Borner, Dorothy Hughes, and Illinois Wilkes Sr. She leaves behind her parents Charles and Sharon Wilkes, grandmother, Odessa Wilkes, sisters, LaYasmin Pugh, Tiesha, Adrien and Ebeny Borner, Amber and Ashley Wilkes, brothers Rickey B. Borner Jr., Charles Wikes Jr., and Anfernee Kemp; aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
