Bessie (Betty) Louise Hendrix passed away on Friday February 14, 2020.  She was born in Hardeman County on May 29, 1943 to the late Oscar Lee Linear and Della Adams. 

Her funeral service was held on Saturday February 22, 2020 at 12:00 pm in the New Mt. Pleasant MB Church with Pastor Nathan Gibbs in charge.  Burial was in the Crisp Cemetery-Bolivar and Dixie Funeral Home (www.dixiefuneralhome.com) was in charge of the professional service.

She gave her life to Christ at a young age and joined New Mt. Pleasant MBC.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, B.S. Hendrix; children Yulanda and Brady Hendrix and one brother, Dennis Adams.

She leaves to cherish her memory two sons, Danny and Tyrone D. (LaHoma) Hendrix; two grandsons and three grand daughters; two brothers, Andrew N. (Barbara) Linear and Larry Adams; one sister, Catherine Adams; and many other relatives and friends that will truly miss her.
