Charles Camper of Jackson passed away on Monday April 29, 2024.  He was born in Chicago, IL on October 27, 1958 to the late Dennis and Willie Mae Camper.

His funeral service was held on Sunday May 5, 2024 at 2:00 pm at the Jerome Boyd Chapel at Dixie Funeral Home with Pastor Melvin Bufford in charge.  Burial was in the Rivers of Life Cemetery and Dixie Funeral Home www.dixiefuneralhome.com was in charge of the professional service.

He was educated in the Hardeman County public schools.  He confessed a hope in Jesus Christ at a young age and joined St. Paul Skipper-Springs MB Church.  He later joined Pleasant Grove MB Church.  

He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers, Denorris and Paul, Sr. 

He leaves to cherish his memory three children, Temisha Allen, LeKisha Rucker and Maurice Parks; two brothers, Bennie (Gloria) and Robert Camper; three sisters, Carolyn (Timothy) Hudson, Linda Poplar and Debra Camper; nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren; many other relatives and friends that will truly miss him.
