Charles Edward Miller, 78, of Bolivar passed away on Saturday November 5, 2022.  

He was born in Bolivar on June 30, 1944 and was the twelth of sixteen children born to the late George Miller and Mary Hendrix Black Miller.

His funeral service was held on Friday November 11, 2022 at 12:30 pm at the Jerome Boyd Chapel at Dixie Funeral Home with Reverend Charlie Boyle in charge.  Burial was in the Bolivar Community Cemetery and Dixie Funeral Home (www.dixiefuneralhome.com) was in charge of the professional service.  

At a young age he attended Campbell Chapel MB Church where he was baptized.  

He was educated in the Hardeman County public schools and attended Tennessee State University.  

Preceding him in death were his parents.

He is survived by one son, Charles, Jr.; brothers, Bill (Ruby) and Speedie (Mary) Miller; sister, Helen (Clarence) Gilchrist and a host of other relatives and friends thast will truly miss him.
