Charles E. Patterson was born on July 7, 1967 to Robert Golden, Sr. and the late Mary Lou Patterson both of Grand Junction, TN. He departed this life on Wednesday, December 25, 2024.
His funeral service was held on Saturday January 4, 2025 at 1:00 pm at Rivers of Life International Ministries with Minister Sharon Donis in charge. His burial was in the church cemetery and Dixie Funeral Home www.dixiefuneralhome.com was in charge of the professional service.
Charles confessed a hope in Christ at an early age and joined Pleasant Grove MB Church now known as Rivers of Life Int’l Ministries. Charles was known by many as Chuck D.
Charles attended Hardeman County Schools and graduated from High School in Nashville, TN. He was employed at D&T sawmill until his health prevented him from working.
Charles was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Lou Patterson and sister, Louise McClellan.
Charles leave to cherish his memories: his daughter, Shaunte’ N. Burnette; his father, Robert Golden, Sr.; his sisters, Rosie Lee (Foguie) McKinnie, Linda Faye (Larry) Hoyle, and April (Darnell) Williams; one brother, Robert Golden, Jr. and a host of nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
