Chris Ann Northern Mitchell, 63, passes away on Friday April 25, 2025 after a battle with an illness.  She was born on February 5, 1962 to the late Barbara Ann McLaurin and Robert Macon.  

Her funeral service was held on Saturday May 10, 2025 at 1:00 pm at the Jerome Boyd Chapel @ Dixie Funeral Home with Reverend Lawrence Pirtle in charge.  The professional service was conducted by Dixie Funeral Home www.dixiefuneralhome.com.

She attended the Hardeman County public schools.

She was married to the late Bobby Joe Mitchell.

She was employed as a food server at several local restaurants.

She was preceded in death by her husband, mother and father and one sister, Ola Thomas.

She leaves to cherish her memory one daughter, Kriston Mitchell; four grandchildren; two brothers, Kenneth (Salley) Thomas and Charles (Tracey) McLaurin; many other relatives and friends that will truly miss her.
