Collis William Arbuckle, 71, passed away on February 4, 2021, at his home in Grand Jct, TN.  

His funeral service was held on Saturday February 13, 2021 at 12:00 noon at the Sims Chapel MB Church with burial in the church Cemetery with Pastor Kieron Mormon in charge and Dixie Funeral Home www.dixiefuneralhome.com in charge of the professional service.

Born in Saulsbury, TN Collis was the son of Almeater and Millie Arbuckle.

He was the husband of Harriette Arbuckle. They shared 34 years of life together.

Collis enjoyed fishing, gardening and riding his horse Diller. He will be remembered most for his one of a kind personality and Collis never met a stranger.

Collis is preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, and a sister.

He is survived by his wife, Harriette: four children; Collis Jr, of Jackson TN, Palod (Deidre) of Tupelo MS, Collisa of Houston, Tx, Angela of Grand Jct. TN: five sisters; Zella Tenney (Robert) of Belleville, IL, Jeannette Watkins and Vera Herron (Hayes) both of Bolivar, TN, Mattie Gilliom (Kalvin) of Memphis, TN, and Bobbie McKinney (Arthur)of Jackson, TN: one sister in law; Ruby Arbuckle of Jackson, TN: 8 grandchildren and a host of great grand-children; godchildren Preston Cox and JaKayla; special caregiver, Candace Cross and a host of other relatives and friends.
