Dianne (Woods) White

Dianne White passed away on Friday March 14, 2025.  She was born on March 10, 1962 to the late Joseph and Dazzie Bufford.

Her funeral service was held on Friday March 21, 2025 at 11:00 am at the Jerome Boyd Chapel at Dixie Funeral Home with Reverend Melvin Bufford in charge.  Burial was in the Clover Creek MB Church and Dixie Funeral Home www.dixiefuneralhome.com was in charge of the professional service.  

She attended the Hardeman County public schools and was a 1982 Bolivar Central High School graduate and an AA degree from Faith Bible Institute.  

She was employed at Bolivar Elementary School as a teacher assistant and later owned a child care service.

In 2010 she received a Evangelism Certificate from World Overcomers.  She continued her studies with American Baptist College where she received a Women Ministries and Women Leading Women certificate. 

She was preceded in death by her parents and four siblings, Earmon, Jo Silas and John Lee Woods and Larry Bufford. 

She leaves to cherish her memory two children, Felicia and Adenirene Thompson; two grandchildren; five sisters, Josephine (Earl) Bowden, Mamie McClellan, Doris Ann Anderson, Ruth Lake and SWhelia Peoples; four brothers, Ray (Brenda) Kearney, Joe Howard, Billy and Leo Bufford; and many other relatives and friends that will truly miss her.
