Eric Jaccard Anderson was born January 23, 1975 in Somerville, TN to Sandra Anderson Jones.

His graveside service was held on Saturday March 6, 2021 at 2:00 pm at the New Zion Church Cemetery with Pastor lane Hodges in charge and Dixie Funeral Home www.dixiefuneralhome.com in charge of the professional service.Eric attended Fayette Ware High School and graduated in 1994.

Eric confessed a hope in Christ at an early age and joined New Zion Church under the leadership of the late Simon Hunt Sr. Eric was a faithful member of New Zion until his health prohibited him from attending. He loved singing and playing the keyboard in God’s house and rarely missed a Sunday.

Eric was employed at Chick Packaging now known as NeFab for many years and later became employed at Kenco/Skil until his death.

Eric was loved by many. He never met a stranger. Eric always made you feel welcome at his home. He always had something to feed you whether it was fish he fried or something he would throw on the grill. His passion was fishing and could do it all day. Eric was a great person and would always have something positive to say to a bereaved family. Eric also loved to sing and would sing anytime anyone asked him to.

Eric was united in Holy Matrimony to the love of his life, Terraneisha Scott on August 22, 2020.
Eric was preceded in death by his grandparents; June and Mary Anderson; one sister; Jessica Jones: one niece; Rikira: two aunts; Ernestine Jones and Patricia Rucker: two uncles; Jerry Anderson and Anthony Anderson. Eric was also preceded in death by two cousins; Delisa Jones and Corey Rucker.

Eric leaves to cherish his memory: His loving wife; Terraneisha Anderson: three sons; OneTravion Anderson, Aaron Anderson, and Charvis Scruggs: his devoted parents: Pastor Samuel and Sandra Jones: his siblings; Jerrica Marr, Tameika Jones, Chris (Jessica) Jones, and Eric (Tonya) Fleming: six nieces; J’Niyah, Makala, Journi, AKyla, Amiyah, and Emery: three nephews; Christian, Zerion, and JaCarion: a loving God Mother; Lucille Emery: one uncle; Willie (Lee Anna) Anderson: one aunt; Laura Anderson: mother and father in-law; Charles and Angela Scott: one sister in law: two brother in laws and a host of cousins, family members and very close friends.
