Etta G. Lambert passed away on Tuesday September 5, 2023.  She was born on March 23, 1944 to the late Felix Hussey and Opa Turner Hussey.

Her funeral service was held on Sunday September 10, 2023 at the Jerome Boyd Chapel at Dixie Funeral Home with Pastor Greg Hussey in charge.  Burial was in the St. Paul-Skipper Springs MB Church cemetery and Dixie Funeral Home www.dixiefuneralhome.com was in charge of the professional service.

She acepted Jesus Christ at a young age and joined St. Paul Skipper Springs MB Church.

She attended Winston Elementary School and Bolivar Industrial High School.  

She was preceded in death by her parents and six siblings, Jenus Hussey, Della Jones, Elma Hussey, Willie Bob Hussey, Ella B. Hussey and Edna Hussey.

She leaves to cherish her memory four children,  Derick (Chelfondarenna), Cornnelius (Crystal) Hussey, Sharon Allen and Terry lambert; eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren; one sister, Annie Hussey; two brothers, Henry (Willie Mae) and Pedro (Arnetia) Hussey; many other relatives and friends that will miss her.
