Frances Louise Joy

July 20, 1959 ~ September 3, 2022 (age 63)

Very peacefully on Saturday, September 3, 20022, the Almighty God closed the eyes of our beautiful angel, Frances Louise Joy and she entered into eternal rest.

Frances was the daughter of the late Mae Emma Cheairs and Mr. Isaiah Rubben of Hardeman County, TN.

Four brothers; Isaiah Cheairs Jr., Lethaniel Cheairs, James Robert Cheairs and Charles Cheairs and one sister; Alice Faye Cheairs, who all preceded her in death.

She accepted Christ at an early age and became a member of New Bethel MB Church in Bolivar, TN and later joined Union Hill MB Church in Whiteville, TN.

She was a faithful and dedicated usher until her health failed.

Frances Louise Joy leaves to cherish her loving memory, her daughter; Natasha (Cedric) Carter, two sisters; Mary Ruth Cheairs, Cleo (Nell) Polk, both of Bolivar, TN, four brothers; Early Hugh (Barbara) Cheairs of Whiteville, TN, Hugh Cheairs, Michael Cheairs of Bolivar, TN and John Archie (Barbara) Cheairs of Toone, TN, 3 grandchildren; Rodarius Anderson, Cedric Carter Jr., and Miracle Monae Carter, who preceded her in death and loved dearly, very close friends Annie B. Cross, Joanne Clark and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends that will cherish her memory.
