Helen Faye Woods, was born on October 15, 1954 in Gilmore, Arkansas to the late Ruth Rochelle and M.L. Moore.

She graduated from San Diego High School in 1972.

She worked as a certified nursing assistant.

She was united in Holy Matrimony to Nathaniel Woods August 7, 2010 in San Diego, CA.

She was a faithful member St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church, Byhalia, MS.

She loved to shop, travel with her husband and taking care of her grands and great grands! Mrs. Woods is preceded in death by her parents, her step-father, John Rochelle; two sisters, Shirley Smith and Regina Moore; her brothers, Freddie, Lawrence, Calvin, Bennett, Nathan Moore. She leaves to cherish her precious memories: her loving husband, Nathaniel Woods of Byhalia, MS; one daughter, Tawanda L. Belcher of Sylacauga, AL; one brother, Michael Moore of San Diego, CA; five grandchildren, Tashae, Tyea, Tyrone Whitson, Damion and Dhani Roberts all of San Diego, CA; five great grandchildren, Taeyon, Thani, and Leon Whitson, all of Sylacauga, AL, Jakiah and Journee Roberts both of Little Rock, AK; a sister-in-law, Sharon Dianne Walker (Calvin) of Lake Park, GA; a brother-in-law, William Beauregard (Margaret) of Tampa, FL; a best friend, Joanne Pendarvis as well as a host of nieces, nephews, step-children, cousins, and friends.
