Jerome Lockridge

June 12, 1953 ~ July 22, 2022 (age 69)

JEROME LOCKRIDGE WAS BORN JUNE 12, 1953, TO THE LATE JOHN W. LOCKRIDGE AND JENNIE M. (MCFALL) LOCKRIDGE OF COLUMBIA TENNESSEE, ALSO PRECEDED BY HIS ELDER BROTHER GERALD “JERRY” LOCKRIDGE OF CHICAGO, ILLINOIS.

His funeral service was held on Monday August 1, 2022 at 11:00 am at the Home MB Church in Jackson, Tn with Pastor Willie Ray Boyle in charge.  Burial was in the Bethlehem MB Church Cemetery and Dixie Funeral Home www.dixiefuneralhome.com was in charge of the professional service.

Jerome departed his earthly life July 22nd 2022. He was a member of Home Missionary Baptist Church, in Jackson, TN, until health failure. He served in the United States Army, and was honorably discharged. Jerome worked at Nat-T Winston Developmental Center until dissolution and later retired from Proctor and Gamble after over 15 years of service. Jerome leaves to cherish his memories, a devoted and loving wife, Vera (Boyle) Lockridge; devoted and loving children, Jaron (Amber) Lockridge, Kaylon Lockridge; loving grandchildren, whom he adored, Jamichael, Ayden, and Kortlen. Beloved siblings, Gloria (Robert) Harlan, John Jr., Michael, Yvette (Andra) Bullock, Troylene, Carla, and Rodney (Kim); and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws and friends.
