Jessie Mae Boyle was born August 30, 1948, to the late Jessie and Ellyne Allen in Hickory Valley, Tennessee.
She was the first of 13 children. She grew up in a God-fearing family and accepted Christ as her savor at an early age at New Hope M.B. Church.
Jessie received her education in the Hardeman County school system in Whiteville, Tennessee. After graduating from Allen White High School, she attended Lane College where she earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Elementary Education.
Jessie taught at Bolivar Elementary School, in Bolivar Tennessee for 50 years. Throughout her tenure, she impacted the life of many educators that were under her professional guidance.
Jessie met the “Love of her Life ” LT Boyle in the year of 1967, and they entered Holy Matrimony on November 1969 in Bolivar, TN. She was truly a “ virtuous woman ” worth far more than Rubies.
She was a woman of grace and dignity and exemplified all these qualities and more. Jessie was a pillar in her community. She was a Sunday School Teacher, Choir Director, and an AWESOME School Teacher. She was very instrumental at her church and her leadership was exemplary. She was like a mother to children at church, in the neighborhood, and school. She encouraged children to come to Christ. There were occasion she had to make several trips to the church with children loaded in her vehicle.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jessie and Ellyne Allen, and siblings, Horace Frank Allen, Plummer Charles Allen, Benjamin Allen, Emma Allen, and Sheris Allen.
She leaves to celebrate her life, legacy, and cherish precious memories her sons, Lemonte (Sue) Boyle of Memphis, TN, Levarr (Candace) Boyle of Jackson, TN, and Timothy Boyle, Bolivar TN; daughters, Leah (Donnell) Moore of Nashville, TN, Felicia (Paul) Brown, of Bolivar, TN.; eight grandchildren, three great grandchildren, six sisters, one brother, three sister-in-law, four brother-in-law, and a host of family and friends.
