Kenneth Vinson Rivers

Kenneth Vinson Rivers passed away on Thursday June 10, 2021.
He was born on February 25, 1968 to Mattie Lou and the late Willie Dee Rivers.
His funeral service was held on Saturday June 19, 2021 at 11:00 am at Old Bethel MB Church with Reverend patrick Tisdale in charge. Burial was in the Independent Cemetery and Dixie Funeral Home (www.dixiefuneralhome.com) was in charge of the professional service.
He confessed a hope in Jesus Christ at a young age and joined Old Bethel MBC and later joined Open Arms Outreach Ministry.
He was educated in the Hardeman County public schools.
He was married to the late Carolyn Cox. He then married Linda Haddix and to this union one child was born, Kenissa Rivers.
He enjoyed football (Alabama Crimson Tide), search puzzles and volunteering.
Preceding him in death were his parents.
He leaves to cherish his memory his wife and one daughter; one sister, Sheila (Mario) Griggs; three brothers, Craig (Nikki), Brian (Alexis) and Ryan (Anja) Rivers; many other relatives and friends that will miss him.
