Laterrence Smith was born  on August 9, 1988 to Deloris McClellan and David Smith, both preceded him in death.

His memorial service was held on Saturday January 8, 2022 at 3:00 pm at the Jerome Boyd Chapel at Dixie Funeral Home with Pastor Lawrence Pirtle in charge.  Dixie Funeral Home www.dixiefuneralhome.com was in charge of the professional service.

Laterrence enjoyed spending time with his family and listening to music. 

Laterrence leaves to cherish his memories a brother, Tristan McClellan and a sister, Calandra Traylor; nieces and nephews: Kali and Kassidy Jones, Malayah, Makaria, Makiah, Tristan Jr., Labryant and Takara McClellan; aunt, JoAnn (Larry) Morgan, whom he considered a second mother; uncles: Mike (Lavelle) McClellan, Larry (Teresa) Williams, John Fentress, Terry (Tawana) McClellan, William D. McClellan, with a host of other relative and friends who will miss him dearly.
