Linda Faye Sain Price was born March 1, 1966 to Percy (Barbara) Hunter and the late Ada Cook and UL Sain in Hardeman County, TN.
Her funeral service was held on Saturday August 10, 2024 at 11:00 am at Antioch MB Church with Pastor Jermaine Shaw in charge. Burial was in the church cemetery and Dixie Funeral Home (www.dixiefuneralhome.com) was in charge of the professional service.
Linda Faye graduated from Eisenhower High School May 1984 , in Decatur, IL. She attended Richland Community College in Decatur, IL, and Lane College in Jackson, TN. She worked at Fed-Ex and Target Dept. Store. Linda Faye confessed her hope in Christ at an early age and joined Antioch Baptist Church, where she remained a faithful member until her health declined. Linda Faye was united in Holy Matrimony to Stanley Price in April of 1999. To this union, one child was born, Kylan Keith Price. Linda Faye departed this life on Friday, August 2, 2024 at West Tennessee Healthcare – Jackson Madison County General Hospital in Jackson, TN. She was preceded in death by her mother, Ada Cook; her brother, Curtis Sain, and Step-father, Danny Cook. She leaves to cherish her memories, one child, Kylan Keith Price of Jackson TN; four grandkids, Knoah Isaiah Green and Jaxtyn Josiah Green of Memphis, TN, Ky’- Lani Kior Price and Myla Kalise Price of Jackson, TN; a father, UL (Laura) Sain of Dallas, GA; five brothers, Walter (Linda) Woods of Aurora, IL, Percy (Knakesha) Hunter of Memphis, TN, Steevon (Brianna) Hunter of Memphis, TN, Danny (Latoya) Cook of Lebanon, TN, and Kendall Hunter of Memphis, TN; three sisters, Brenda (Mike) Lewis of Decatur, IL, Kim Jelks of Charlotte, NC, and Gwen Roundtree of Decatur, IL. Additionally, she leaves a loving aunt, Brenda Long and cousin, Takisha Spencer, both of Jackson, TN, who took very special care of her during her time of illness. She also leaves numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
