Mary Woods

December 27, 1940 ~ May 11, 2022 (age 81)

Mary Woods of Bolivar passed away on Wednesday May 11, 2022.  She was born on December 27, 1940 to the late Jim and Lizzie McNelson Woods.

Her funeral service was held on Saturday May 21, 2022 at 1:00 pm at Campbell's Chapel MB Church with Pastor Willim Young in charge.  Dixie Funeral Home www.dixiefuneralhome.com was in charge of the professional service.

She professed a hope in Jesus Christ and joined Campbell's Chapel MBC where she served on the Mother Board.  she was a faithful member until her health declined.  

She was preceded in death by her parents; two sons, S.T. and Casey Woods; one daughter Yvonne Woods; and six sisters and five brothers.

She leaves to cherish her memory two sons, Kenneth Woods and Sammy (Margaret) McNeal; three daughters, Marbleane (Lorenzo) Embrey, LettieWoods and Felecia Lindsey; one brother, Charlie (Elma) Woods; eighteen grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends that will miss her.
