Melvin Woods

April 10, 1958 ~ July 17, 2022 (age 64)

Mr. Melvin Woods was born April 10, 1958 to the late Mr. Ervin Robinson and Ms. Joanna Woods. 

His funeral service was on Friday July 22, 2022 at 1:00 pm at Jerome Boyd Chapel @ Dixie FH with Pastor Gary MCTizic in charge.  Burial was in the Hopewell MB church cemetery and Dixie Funeral Home www.dixiefuneralhome.com was in charge of the professional service.

He attended schools in Hardeman County School system. 

His love and devotion was to Ms. Helen Golden for 35 years. 

He leaves to cherish his memories: life long partner, Helen Golden, his daughter: Temeka Woos, step-daughter: Faye (Gary) McTizic; grandchilden: Kemia McClellan, Ta'Niya McClellan, Kevin McClellan, Mekevin Woods, Julian (Demetria) McTizic, Sabrina McTizic; great- grand children: Julian McTizic, Jr., Williams McTizic, Jules McTizic, Kenai Woods; brothers: Donell Robinson, Jackie Robinson, Willie Ervin Robinson; sisters: Mary Robinson -Crawford, Marth Robinson-Hunt, Janice Robinson-Wayne, a special friend and brother: Keith Morrison, and the entire Waren family. 

He proceed in death by his mother: Joanna Woods, his father: Ervin Robinson, and his brother: Willie Ervin Woods.
