Parlean (McClellan) Dotson

Parlean McClellan Dotson, 83, of Bolivar passed away on Wednesday July 26, 2023. She was born on March 6, 1940 to the late Todd McClellan and Fannie Talley McClellan.
Her funeral service was held on Sunday July 30, 2023 at 11:00 am at Hillfield MB Church with pastor Larence Pirtle in charge. Burial was in the Bolivar Community Cemetery and Dixie Funeral Home www.dixiefuneralhome.com was in charge of the professional service.
She attended Hunts Chapel and Sugar Hill Schools and was a graduate of Bolivar Industrial.
She confessed a hope in Jesus Christ at a young age and joined Hillfield MBC where she was a dedicated member.
She worked as a machine operator until her health failed.
Preceding her in death were her parents, three sisters and seven brothers.
She leaves to cherish her memory her daughter, Connie (Larence) Pirtle; two grandsons and one great grandson; many other relatives and friends that will truly miss her.
