pastor Grady Lee Braddock of Memphis passed away on Tuesday November 14, 2023.
He was born on July 8, 1934 to the late Ellis Braddock and Luedella Genes.
His funeral service was held on Sunday November 19, 2023 at 12:00 noon at the Jerome Boyd Chapel at Dixie Funeral Home. Burial was in the Little Walnut Grove Church cemetery.
He accepted Jesus Christ at a young age. He founded New Antioch MB Church-Memphis where he was senior pastor.
He was employed and retired after twenty-five years of service from Memphis, Light, Gas and Water (MLGW) Utility.
He was well known for spraying houses, giving out food and his "tell it like it is" preaching.
He leavs to cherish his memory his daughter, Carolyn (Jimmie) Land; a niece who was his caregiver, Debra Smith-Barr; two grandchildren and four great grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends that will miss him.
