December 16, 1941 ~ September 3, 2020 (age 78)

On September 3, 2020, Mrs. Pearlie Mae Perry was called to eternal rest in her home of over 40 years. She was born on December 16, 1941 to the late Mr. Willie Odell and Pearline Robinson of Hardeman County. 

Her Graveside service was held on Thursday September 10, 2020 at 11:00 am at Mt. Zion Cemetery with Pastor Melvin Bufford in charge and Dixie Funeral Home (www.dixiefuneralhome.com) was in charge of the professional service.

Pearlie attended schools in the Hardeman County School system. 

She gave her life to Christ at an early age and was baptized at Clover Chapel MB Church in Cloverport, TN. She later became a member of Mt. Salem MB Church until her departure to be with the Lord. Pearlie was also a member of the Mighty Wings of Glory for 10 years.

On September 29, 1963, Pearlie was united in holy matrimony to Mr. Thomas Perry Jr. for 45 years and he preceded her in death. 

Although Pearlie was a homebody, she was an employee of Harman Automotive for many years until she retired. She enjoyed word search puzzles and going to Wal-Mart. She was a pillar in the community and will truly be missed.  

Pearlie Mae leaves to cherish her memories; 1 daughter; Gladys (Eugene) Steward, 1 son; Ricky (Melissa) Robinson, 1 sister; Clara Ruth parham, 4 brothers; Michael Robinson, Jerry (Blanche) Cox, Larry Miller and Tony Cox, 2 aunts; Earlene Lockwood and Cleora Nicholson, 6 grandchildren; Kevin (Melissa), who cherished her until the very end, Christy Reynolds, Brandy Robinson, Shenae Robinson, Tomarsha Robinson & Shannon Robinson, 13 great grandchildren & 1 great great granddaughter. pearlie Mae's only grandson and 1st great grandson, Antonio, held a very special place in her heart.

She also had 4 very special friends, Jolene Colts, Linda Rainer, Carolyn Joy & Diane Jones and a host of other relatives and friends that will miss her dearly.
