Ms. Renee Michelle Brown was born July 26, 1961 in Bolivar, TN.  She was the daughter of the late Gilmore Robinson and Shirley Brown.

Her Graveside service was held on Saturday September 26, 2020 at 2:00 pm in the Bolivar Community Cemetery with Pastor Robert Parham in charge and Dixie Funeral Home www.dixiefuneralhome.com was in charge of the professional service.

Renee was fondly known as Mickey. Renee departed this earthly life on September 20, 2020. Renee grew up in Hardeman County and graduated from Bolivar Central High School. She attended several colleges and received her LPN license. Renee loved basketball and spending time with her family especially the grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Renee confessed a hope in Christ and joined Greater Springfield where she remained a member until she was called to her Heavenly Home.

In addition to her parents, Renee was preceded in death by several aunts and uncles. Renee leaves to cherish her memories: one daughter; Latonya Brown of Bolivar, TN: two brothers; Thomas Brown of South Bend, IN and Waymon Brown of Detroit, MI: three grandchildren; Laquinta Shanee' Douglas, Quinn Brown, and Kendarius Douglas: four great grandchildren; Quintarious Douglas, Joseph Wesley, Chartavious McNeal, and Chaquez McNeal: five aunts; Martha Lockwood, Cathy (Robert) Woods, Dorothy (Earnest Lee) Rivers, Gwendolyn Brown, and Ethel Franklin: close friend; James Woods: a few special people in her life; Gladys Rivers, Charlote Clark, Earnestine McNeal, Gladys Steward, Kay Fuller, and Carrie B. Gatlin: she also leaves a host of cousins, friends and other family members who will miss her dearly.
