Ruthie Mae Jarmon

Ruthie Mae Jarmon was born April 26, 1947 to L J Morrow and Nancy Jarmon Cross in Brownsville, Tn.
At an early age, she professed her hope in Christ and joined Elcanaan MB Church in Whiteville, Tn. Sis jarmon served faithfully in many roles at her church including the culinary and usher departments. If there was a need, she willing filled it.
She was educated in Hardeman County School system and graduated from Allen White High School. She was emplopyed at Harman Automotive until it closed. She later retired from Tennessee Correctional Facility.
Sis Jarmon loved her community and family. She genuinely helped anyone in need, not looking for acknowledgement or a return. Her grandchildren wer the joy of her life. As God gave the two greatest commandments, love Him and love others, she exemplified it daily during her walk of life.
She departed this life on June 22, 2021. She was preceded in death by her father and one son, Gregory Bernard Jarmon.
She leaves to cherish her memories: her mother: Mrs. Nancy Jarmon Cross; children: Jason Jarmon (Adrian Bufford), Sharon (Margo) Harris, Felicia Nicole Jarmon; five grand children: Jaylon Jarmon, TeMarcus Harris, Javion jarmon, Tamya Harris, Kameron Jarmon; one great granddaughter: Zarriah Jarmon; siblings: Jeanette (Frank) Cross Crowder, Pastor Thomas (Frances) Morrow, James (Denise) Morrow, Pauline Foggie, Judy (Donell) Rutherford, Curtis (Shirley) Thomas, Stanley (Martha) Thomas, first cousin raised as siblings: Oretha Wynn, John McNeil; special aunt: Carrie Mae McNeil, special daughter: Jewhritta Hurd, neices, nephews, cousins, and friends.
