Stevie Phillips of Whiteville died on February 6, 2023. 
He was born June 17,1954 to the late Tommy Lee Phillips and Earlene Davis Phillips In Fayette Corner, TN in Fayette County.

His memorial service is scheduled for Sunday February 12, 2023 at 2:00 pm at Bethlehem Baptist Church-Whiteville.

Steve spent most of his life in Hardeman County, Chester County and North Mississippi. He worked in construction and renovation most of his life.  He is survived by his Step Mom Pat Phillips from Toone. Two daughters Brandy Kemp ( Corey) from Huntington TN. Ashley Law (Jesse) from Toone TN. One son Shannon Phillips from Henderson,TN.

Five grandchildren Rachel Simonton, Cameron Kemp, Kayleigh Ervin, Lorelei Ervin, Jackson Law.

Five brothers and sisters. Wayne Phillips  from Whiteville, Tn, Mike Phillips (Becky)from Oliver Branch, Ms, Shirley Darden ( The Late Stan) from Adamsville, Tn. Aubrey Phillips from Whiteville, Tn  and Elaine (Paul) from Beech Bluff, TN. Four Step sisters Shirl Sanders ( Teddy) from Henderson, TN. Gina Powers (Troy) from Middleton, TN. Marsha Davis from Memphis,Tn and Patricia Cross from Covington, Tn. 14 nieces & nephews. 19 great nieces and nephews.

Steve was a natural comedian, he loved a good laugh and could make you laugh at the drop of a hat!! It would make his day. He also enjoyed fishing and working with his hands. He loved a home cooked meal,  never missed one if he could help it.

He would take the granbabies fishing every chance he got and was able too. you could find him on the bank, or grilling on the grill. Grilling his famous not so drunk chicken.
Steve was loved by all that knew him and he dearly loved his family and friends!! He will be greatly missed.
