Tony Eric "Kendale" Puckett entered this life on September 6, 1972, born to James Puckett, Sr. and the late Emma Ruth Allen.

From the very beginning, his life reflected faith, love, perseverance, and a deep devotion to family. Kendale carried a quiet strength and a generous spirit that touched the lives of those around him, leaving a legacy rooted in hard work, cherished relationships, and the joy he found in using his God-given gifts.
A proud graduate of Bolivar Central High School, Class of 1990, he shared his talents and strong work ethic with Bruce Lumber Company, the City of Bolivar, and Packaging Corporation of America before following his passion for automobiles, and establishing Puckett’s Detailing Company.
Kendale accepted Christ at an early age at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church in Hickory Valley, TN.
Following his marriage, he united with Old Bethel Missionary Baptist Church in Bolivar, TN, where he faithfully served and became the youngest deacon ever ordained in the church. He also found great joy as a proud member of the Old Skool Cruzers social car club, where he shared his love for automobiles and proudly showcased his Corvette and 87 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme.
He remained an active and faithful member of The Gathering of Men ministry and the Hardeman County Community Male Chorus until his health began to decline.
Kendale was preceded in death by his mother, Emma Ruth Allen; his grandparents, Jessie and Ellyne Allen and Moses and Lydia Puckett; and his mother-in-law, Betty Newborn, and brother Tracey Allen.
On August 28, 1999, Kendale was united in holy matrimony to his high school sweetheart and the love of his life, Tamiko Puckett, who is left to honor his precious memories along with his devoted beautiful daughters, Kendasia Puckett (Kendarius) and Tamia Puckett; his beloved grandchildren, Sherrod and KhiLynn; and his cherished grand-puppy, Harlem Lee Puckett. Kendale’s memory will also be cherished by his adopted mother, Hazel Allen, father, James Puckett, Sr. (Brenda); his father-in-law, Charles Boyd (Elizabeth); his godmother, Earnestine Jones; his brothers, James Puckett, Jr. (Jessica); Tory Wooden, his sister, Tiffany Schurk (John); his sisters-in-law, Cowana Perry (Reggie), LaFonda Boyd, and LaConnia Long; and his brothersin-law, Charles Scott (Angela), Pastor Shon Beasley (Zekykdia), Tiawan Boyd (the late Brandy), and Chernenko Kemp (Angela). He was also a loving father figure to his sister-in-law, Pamela Newborn; his niece, Ednetra Spears; and his nephew, Edriquez Newborn. Kendale held a special place in the hearts of his extraordinary aunts, affectionately known as his “Mother Hens,” who loved, nurtured, and cherished him in a way uniquely their own. His Uncle Ventson Allen helped shape his strong moral manly character. He also had a host of uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends whose lives were enriched by his presence.
