March 1, 1972 ~ September 16, 2025
53 Years Old
Vincent Lamont Cross was born on March 1, 1972, to the late David Cross Sr. and Emma Brown Cross in Bolivar, Tennessee.
His funeral service was held on Saturday, September 27, 2025 at 10:00 am at Union Hill MB Church. Dixie Funeral Home www.dixiefuneralhome.com was in charge of the professional service.
At a young age, Vincent and his family relocated to Long Island, NY, and while attending Farmingdale First Baptist Church, he accepted Christ as his Savior. He later joined Union Hill Baptist Church in Whiteville, TN, where he remained a member until his death. Vincent, known by everyone as ‘Vic’, moved back to Bolivar, TN and graduated from Central High School in 1990. After graduating from high school, Vincent started working at Sequential Inc. and later moved to Nashville, Tn, where he worked in the healthcare field until his health started to decline.
Vincent enjoyed video games and the game of spades, but he was the most passionate and happiest collecting old cars. It didn’t matter if they weren’t running, he loved tinkering on them. It was a hobby that provided him with deep satisfaction. Vincent departed this earthly life on Tuesday, September 16, 2025.
