Yulonda Evette Bills Harris affectionately known to her family as “YoYo” was born on May 4, 1975 to Earnestine Bills Mcneal and Henry Clay Mcneal.


Her funeral service was held on Saturday, September 13, 2025 at 2:00 PM at Dixie Funeral Home.  Burial was in the Mays Hill Church Cemetery and Dixie Funeral Home www.dixiefuneralhome.com was in charge of the professional service.


Yulonda accepted Christ into her life at an early age at Mays Hills MB Church. She later joined Hillfield Baptist where she remained a member until her untimely passing.


Yulonda graduated from Bolivar Central High School; Class of 1993.


After school, she entered the healthcare profession. Yulonda was a free spirit with a heart full of compassion. Her kind and nurturing nature shone brightly throughout her life, especially in her professional career as a Certified Nursing Assistant. She devoted herself to caring for others with warmth, kindness; and unwavering dedication, touching countless lives with her comforting presence.  Yulonda loved to laugh and found joy in spending time with family and friends. She was loved by many and she treated every child she met like her own.


Our beloved Yulonda will always be remembered for her unforgettable smile and unwavering loyalty — always riding for her loved ones no matter what. On December 18, 1997, Yulonda married Leonard Harris Jr and remarried May 8, 2016. To this union, no children were born.


On August 30, 2025, God called Yulonda home to eternal rest and to reunite with her father: Henry Clay McNeal, her sisters: Yvonne Woods & Veronica Bills Carrick, her brother: Casey Woods, her niece: Erica Beasley, great niece: Niveah Beasley, and great great nephew: Monty Douglas. Those who will forever hold her memory close: her loving and devoted mother: Earnestine Bills McNeal; 4 children: Keyunna Bills, Cordero (CJ) Bills, Christopher (Leonte’) Bills, and Clayderius (Snowman) Bills; 1 bonus daughter: Miranda Harris; 6 grandchildren: Corderius (Moochie) Bills, Chyna Bills, London Gibbs, Aubree Thompson, Aiden Davis, and Amora Davis; 4 sisters: LaGail (Senator Paul) Lower Jr., Rev Unice (Darrell) Gatlin, Regina (Chevezze) Overton, and Tonia Crawford, 2 brothers: Bedford (Jackie) McNeal and Kenneth JaVon Bills; 2 aunts: Mary Bills and Hattie Price; 1 uncle: Milton Bills, mother in law: Barbara Ann Conner, 2 sisters in law: Sumeki (Caron) Prather and Jessica (Chris) Jones; 1 god daughter whom she loved like her own: Taelynn Smith; 3 god grandchildren whom she loved like her own: Taelynn Smith, Brikenna Carr, Trazure Carr, and Tayden Collier; and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends whom will miss her dearly
